How to remove Wrinkles

Not to worry, I am not a healer or psychic, just a man who was kind enough to share information on how to remove wrinkles, particularly wrinkles that arise in the face. Naturally prevention efforts to reduce wrinkles on the skin as follows:

1. Healthy lifestyle

Get used to eating healthy foods, one of which is a diet rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants are abundant in vegetables, fruits, nuts, and fish. In addition to antioxidants, vitamins and minerals are also important for maintaining skin beauty.

2. Sport

Exercise will train your facial muscles so as to prevent the appearance of wrinkles. If the facial muscles and skin to loosen, then that wrinkles will appear. By exercising the facial muscles slack, will be interested and come back strong.

3. Enough sleep

5. Protect your skin from the sun

Avocado
