Dry the skin. After you wash the skin or bathing, then immediately gently pat your skin using a clean towel.

Pat the skin dry. If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer that suits your skin type. For everyday use, consider a moisturizer that contains SPF.

Eat a healthy diet

Healthy foods can help your skin look beautiful and feel better. Try to eat fruits, vegetables, grains and protein. Some research suggests that a diet rich in vitamin C, low in healthy fats and contain no refined carbohydrates can make the skin look younger and healthy skin intact.
