5 Causes You Failed Weight Down



Fail to lose weight is a condition where your diet program does not run properly so no results to be learned. If you are already eating a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may be many things you do not realize that weight loss has not been able to achieve well. Here are 5 causes you fail to lose weight.

Overeat after eating 

After exercise may feel hungry so we unknowingly consume a variety of foods with moderation. This is a situation that is wrong and must be corrected immediately. Try to eat healthy foods and do not involve the necessary food with super big portions.

You do not get enough sleep

Lack of sleep causes a decrease in the immune system, slows metabolism, and increase appetite. Moreover, the decrease in sleep time, then you can increase the levels of stress that can be put on weight.

Drinking too many sugary beverages 

Various sources of bad calories that we know may come from alcohol, and carbonated beverages. However, it turns out a variety of healthy drinks such as fruit juices, sweet tea, or coffee can cause an increase in calories and fat in the body. Instead, replace your sugar with low calorie sugar if you want to consume sugary drinks. 

You are not inconsistent

It may be that one of the reasons you fail to lose weight is because of the inconsistency. There are times when you exercise too hard, and the next time you eat a very little portion. Maybe, you often fall asleep with weight loss achieved and after that forget the diet system that you run.

You have a health problem

Many health disorders such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid disorders and hormonal imbalances that can lead to weight gain so it makes it hard to fall back on. Also food allergies can make it difficult to lose weight.
