Food That Cause Acne



Foods that cause acne do exist, and all that's not a myth. Although there are many causes of acne, but one of the things that have a significant impact is the food. When you eat a lot of fast food, high-calorie snack snack, or fried, then of course you will be more at risk of acne than those who consume vegetables and fruits. Below, there are some foods that cause acne which may become your favorite foods.

Fried

Acne appears when you consume unhealthy oils. Because the body will use the oil to bring out new skin cells. However, acne is caused by skin cells that cannot function properly. Some fried foods causes’ acne, among others, French fries, fried chicken, fast food, donuts, fried tofu.

Simple carbohydrates are high

Consuming carbohydrate foods with excessive amounts also cause you to get acne in some parts of the face. To avoid this, you can consume moderate amounts of simple carbohydrates. Some examples are, white rice, white bread, and pasta.

Tuck

Foods that have high sugar levels can reduce the level of immunity against bacterial infection is one cause of acne. Also, sugary foods can cause loss of tissue elasticity and function. Some foods to avoid are sugary, candy, soft drinks, ice cream.

Omega-6 fatty acids

Consumption of omega-6 fatty acids can cause excessive skin redness and inflammation you are experiencing. Some foods that contain fatty acids are ham, pork, and bacon.

Caffeine


Enjoy coffee may have become a regular habit for you, but it must be controlled because it can cause your acne arises. In addition, caffeine is not just in coffee, but in person, you will find caffeine in chocolate, soda, energy drinks, and a variety of oat prescription pain reliever. Caffeine substances have a tendency to produce the hormone causes stress, and of course, lead to acne.
